Fans of cruising, cuisine and culture can combine all three on the 9-night Mediterranean cruise which departs Barcelona on 26 August 2011. The cities of Palma de Mallorca, Spain and Marseilles, France complement the exciting itinerary of Mediterranean ports including Livorno, Rome, Naples and Messina, Italy and Monte Carlo, Monaco. This cruise is priced from $1,387 per person twin share – or just $154 per day. This includes all meals, accommodation, entertainment and most activities as well as taxes and cruise NCFs.
On 4 September 2011, Carnival Magic will offer a 12-night Grand Mediterranean cruise providing guests with a wonderful way to explore Spain, Italy, Monaco and Croatia as they sail the Mediterranean over 12 glorious days. Highlights of the cruise include an overnight stay in the romantic city of Venice with its network of canals and singing gondoliers, and a late embarkation in the bustling and vibrant city of Rome, allowing for plenty of time to explore two of Italy’s best loved cities. The Croatian city of Dubrovnik on the coast of the Adriatic Sea features on the itinerary, which also includes Monte Carlo, Monaco and Livorno, Naples and Messina, Italy. Priced from $1,837 per person twin share, the cruise is great value at $153 per day.
As the cruise line’s most innovative "Fun Ship" to date, Carnival Magic will offer a host of new facilities and features, including a new Italian trattoria, a Caribbean-themed pub with its own private label beer on tap and expansive outdoor sports and recreation areas.
Carnival Magic will feature dedicated spaces and youth programs for kids, while parents can indulge in some 'me' time at the adults-only Serenity area or unwind at the Cloud 9 Spa. Guests can also catch first-run movies at the Seaside Theatre, soak up the sun at The Lanai open-air promenade and enjoy a bite to eat at the stunning indoor/outdoor café and live entertainment venue, Ocean Plaza.
