All accommodations, entertainment, special dinners, motor coach, rail and cruise transportation, on-tour flights (on The Best of Hawaii, A Week in... Hawaii, Grand Canadian Rockies, Grand Alaska, Cape Cod, The Islands and Newport and Vancouver & Canadian Rockies), sightseeing luggage handling and services of your Tauck Diretor are included in the tour price as specified herein.

Hotels
All hotel accommodations with private baths are included.

Meals
Meals are included as specified in the itinerary. Meal codes are B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner. Whenever possible, meals are choice of menu.

Gratuities
For luggage handling, bellmen, doormen, dining room servers, housekeepers, local guides, ship and train crew are included. Gratuities are included for Tauck Directors on New York, Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard, and Alaska's Inside Passage.

Tauck Director
Each tour is conducted by a Tauck Director who remains with the group throughout the duration. Your Tauck Director is a professional, fully trained employee of Tauck.

Personal Discovery
Most activity choices on Tauck's Personal Discovery tours are included and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Most choices can be reserved on tour; a few choices must be reserved on tour; a few choices can be reserved at time of booking as noted on individual itineraries, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

No Options Sold
With the exception of select options detailed in the itinerary, Tauck's price includes special dinners, entertainment, sightseeing and most activities. Tauck Directors sometimes assist with information on other free-time activities, based on honest opinion and guidance, but will not sell you any "extras".

Luggage Handling
Luggage handling is included in the tour cost. However, due to space limitations aboard motor coaches and airlines on certain flights on certain flights, only one average-size piece of luggage per person, with an approximate combined dimension of 62 inches (hieight+width+depth) or the equivalent of 60 lbs., is allowed. In addition, guests are limited to one carry-on bag without wheels, per person, on certain motor coaches and flights. Luggage exceeding these retrictions is at risk of incurring extra fees. Regulations within most airports require that travellers handle their own luggage. Luggage regulations are subject to change.
