Infants
1. Effective for all cruises booked after January 1, 2008. 2. Infants must be a minimum of 6 months of age at the time of embarkation. (Our current policy is 12 weeks at embarkation.) 3. Infants must be a minimum of 12 months of age to sail on – trans-ocean crossings or any other itinerary, which in the opinion of the Medical Department present a significant risk to infants between 6 and 12 months of age.
• Any infants booked prior to January 1, 2008 will be grandfathered to our existing policy of 12 weeks. • Medical will work with Marketing to determine, which voyages will require the 12 months minimum age. • Infant age requirements will be specified in the product releases.
Pregnant Women
1. Effective for all cruises booked after January 1, 2008. 2. Gestation must be 24 weeks or less for the guest to sail. (This matches our current policy.) The guest must also provide a physician’s letter stating that mother and baby are in good health, fit to travel and the pregnancy is not high risk
