1.Can I be contacted by friends and family?

2.Can we hire a suit for the formal nights?
No, unfortunately we are unable to provide this service. You will need to bring your formal attire with you. Back to top
3.Can we send mail/post cards from the hotel/ship?
Yes, you can post mail and postcards. Guest should be able to purchase stamps from the Front Desk of the hotel - please make enquiries at your convenience. Staff members can provide assistance with the mail procedures and will be able to make arrangements for postage on most of our ships while they are in port.  Please note that all mail from the hotels/ships is subject to local postal procedures.

4.Can you take alcohol on tour?
This will depend on alcohol limitations of the country you are visiting. For tours that include a cruise, please enquire as restrictions will vary from cruise line to cruise line. Most hotels will allow you to take your own alcohol into the hotel rooms. On Tauck River Cruising, alcohol can be taken onboard for consumption in your cabin. Back to top
5.Do we have to book for dinners/shows/activities?
Tauck is a very inclusive product and all dinners/shows and activities are pre-organised.  During your free time whilst on tour, if you wish to participate in any additional dinners/shows or activities, your Tour Director will be able to assist you in organizing. Back to top

7.How can we send gifts to family and friends on tour?
