Their award-winning Signature Cuisine consists of over 380 recipes served on Rosenthal china, using Scott Zwiesel stemware and Riedel crystal. Lunch and dinner are a celebration of seasonal ingredients and regional specialties influenced by the places sailed to on your journey.
The attentive staff is as present as you’d like them to be – always ready to top up your wine at dinner or recommend a tantalising entrée. All ships in the fleet have The Restaurant as the main dining venue and Candles as an alternate al fresco dining option. Breakfast and lunch are served on The Verandah, with afternoon tea served on the pool deck on Wind Spirit and Wind Star and in the Compass Rose on the Wind Surf. The Wind Surf has two additional dining options – the reservations only Degrees restaurant and the al fresco Le Marche.
