Dining has always been a focus on Silversea ships, with each nice presenting an array of delectable alternatives from Italian to classical French and Asian fusion. Thanks to Silversea’s partnership with the prestigious Grands Chefs Relais & Châteaux, an exceptional dining experience is a given.

With the open-seating policy, you can arrive at your leisure and dine with whomever you please. Furthermore, regardless of which restaurant you dine at, you can choose from an extensive selection of red and white wines that are both complimentary and of excellent quality.

Dining Options
The Restaurant – Menus change daily. Open-seating dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
La Terrazza – Italian specialties made in the “slow food” tradition – fresh, sustainable and locally grown. Open-seating dining for buffet breakfast and lunch. Reservations required for dinner.
Le Champagne by Relais and Chateaux – A six-course degustation menu with accompanying wines. Reservations required with a per guest reservation fee.
Seishin Restaurant – Asian fusion cuisine with sake pairings, either a la carte or a nine-course degustation menu. Reservations recommended. Per guest reservation fee. Silver Spirit only.
Stars Supper Club – Dine on small plate selections with live music. Reservations required. Silver Spirit only.
Pool Grill and Hot Rock Dining – Casual lighter fare during the day, seafood and steak grill under the stars at night. Open-seating dining breakfast and lunch, with reservations required for dinner.
In Suite – Dine course by course during dinner hours in your suite from The Restaurant menu. Additionally there is a 24hour room service menu.
