1.Are there laundry facilities on board?
Full laundry, dry cleaning and pressing services are available. Suite attendants take care of pick-up and delivery. Same-day service is available at extra charge if requested by 9:00 a.m. A complimentary launderette with washers, dryers, laundry soap and ironing facilities is located on Deck 4 port side aboard Seabourn Pride, Spirit and Legend and Deck 5 midship aboard Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn and Seabourn Quest.

2.Do you have luggage restrictions?
You can bring as many bags as you choose aboard ship, but please be aware that airlines do have limitations.

3.How many people make up a group?
On Seabourn, a booking of 5 suites or more qualifies it as a group booking.

4.My group wants to dine together. What are the dining options and their capacities?
On each Seabourn ship there are both open-seating dining venues and reservations only dining venues. Requests to dine in large groups on a regular basis must be made before embarkation.

5.What destinations does Seabourn travel to?
Seabourn ships travel to Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean, Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific, South America and Canada and New England.

6.What facilities are available for families?
Seabourn Cruise Line is adult-oriented and does not accommodate children under six months (or under one year for trans-ocean sailings and voyages of 15 days or longer). A limited number of suites are available for triple occupancy; anyone two years of age and older travelling as the third passenger in a suite pays 50% of the paid category cruise-only brochure fare. No dedicated children's facilities are present on these ships, so parents are responsible for the behaviour and entertainment of their children.

7.What facilities are available for those with disabilities?
There are limited facilities available for guests in wheelchairs. The following staterooms are wheelchair accessible:
Legend, Pride, and Spirit: Category A2, Suite 232, 234; Category A1: Suite 134, 136
Odyssey, Quest and Sojourn: Category V6, Suites 715, 813, 913; Category PH; Suite 635; Category V2, Suite 519; and Category Suite A, Suite 408

8.What is included in my suite?
Fine Egyptian cotton linens, fluffy duvet, down or hypoallergenic pillows, robes and slippers, 24-hour complimentary room service, in-suite bar stocked according to your preferences, fine soaps such as L’Occitane and exclusive Therapies bath products by Molton Brown, London, personalised stationery, flat-screen TV with music and movies, Wi-Fi and cell phone access, separate living area and bedroom, walk-in closet, DVD player, hair dryer, 110/220 outlets, private electronic safe, fresh fruit bowl replenished daily, welcome bottle of Champagne, umbrella.

9.What is the dress code onboard the ship?
During the daytime, casual, resort-style attire, including shorts and jeans, is welcome in all lounges and dining venues. Swimsuits, brief shorts, cover-ups and exercise attire should be reserved for poolside, on deck or in the spa and fitness centre.

After 6:00 p.m., suggested attire for all venues on board will be one of the following:
  • Resort Casual: Slacks and a sweater or shirt for men; sundress, skirt or slacks with a sweater or blouse for women.
  • Elegantly Casual: Slacks with a jacket over a sweater or shirt for men. Dress, skirt or pants with a sweater or blouse for women. 
  • Formal Optional: While Elegantly Casual is always appropriate during the evening, a Formal Optional evening will be provided for guests who wish to dress more formally at least once each seven days. Formal Optional attire includes a tuxedo or dark suit with tie for men, cocktail dress or other formal apparel for women.
Pease aware that in the evening, jeans are not considered appropriate for The Restaurant, and additionally on Formal Optional evenings, for of the lounges or dining venues.

10.What is the smoking policy?
For the comfort of all guests, most public areas on board are smoke-free. Cigarette smoking is permitted in the following areas:
  • Observation Bar/Lounge – On the starboard side (except during coffee and tea service hours)
  • Sky Bar – At the bar and starboard side deck area ( except during Sky Grill food service on Seabourn Pride, Spirit & Legend)
  • Seabourn Square Terrace – on the starboard side deck area
Cigar and pipe smoking is permitted only on open decks (Seabourn Pride, Spirit & Legend) and only on the starboard side deck area of Seabourn Square Terrace on Seabourn Odyssey, Sojourn & Quest.

11.What meeting facilities are available for my group onboard the ship?
On the Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn and Seabourn Quest there are three designated meeting rooms. On every ship in the fleet, there is the option to book public areas for private events. Wi-fi and mobile phone access are available throughout the fleet.
