Holland America Line is more than willing to go the extra mile to assist kosher groups of guests. They will section off part of the kitchen and will allow rabbis, chefs and other members of the group on board before sailing to prepare the kitchen in advance. In this way, those who maintain a kosher lifestyle can enjoy freshly prepared meals daily.
Generally, Holland America Line’s kosher meals are prepared off the ship in a kosher kitchen, frozen and brought to the table sealed in their original (disposable) containers. There is no kosher kitchen on board, nor do we have kosher dishes, utensils, pots or pans on the ship. These meals are certified Glatt Kosher.
