Carina Mullen Product Manager After a two year ‘working holiday’ as a cook and tour guide on coach camping tours in Europe, a career within the travel industry became a passion. On her return to Australia, Carina joined Trafalgar Tours in Sydney where, over seven years, she experienced many areas of the business including senior positions within reservations, customer relations and sales and marketing. A move to Australian Pacific Touring (APT) saw Carina further develop her career before becoming the Product Manager for their Canada & Alaska programme prior to joining Travel the World. Carina has successfully completed studies in International Travel & Tourism and recently Business and Marketing. Holiday Recommendations

Discovering South America

Carmel Quain Inventory / Product Analysis Manager Carmel entered the travel industry in 1997 after completing an Advanced Certificate in Travel and Tourism, in which she attained third place whilst working at Westpac. She has also completed a Public Relations Special Course through TAFE.

During her time at Travel the World, Carmel has successfully completed her Masters in Cruising through the International Cruise Council of Australasia. Carmel progressed from her initial position in reservations to become Travel the World’s Product, Groups and Incentives Manager. The expansion of Travel the World has lead to Carmel’s current position of Inventory/Product Analysis Manager.
