  • Andrew Millmore

    Andrew Millmore Managing Director Andrew completed a Bachelor of Business degree at Sydney University in 1991. Following this, he spent 10 years working in the roles of Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing and finally General Manager of Australia’s largest independent wholesaler, Venture Holidays.

    In March of 2001 Andrew resigned from Venture Holidays to take up his position as Managing Director of Travel the World.

    Career Achievements and Qualifications include: Tourism Authority of Thailand ‘Friend of Thailand’ award 2000; Vice Chairman of the Council of Australian Tour Operator,1998- 01; Committee member of ICCA 2001 - 2006, CTCA, USTTA; Vice-Chairman Membership Marketing ICCA 2007 - 2009; Member of Skal International, AFTA, AIME; Monash University – Post graduate Management Certificate

  • Louise Millmore

    Louise Millmore Executive Director Louise studied Hotel Management at Ryde school of Hospitality before completing a Management Traineeship with Hyatt Hotels in Fiji and Australia.

    After 5 years in the Hotel Industry Louise then moved to London to further study Hospitality at Pru Leith’s School of Food and Wine, finishing her time in London running a catering business.

    On returning to Australia Louise moved into the travel industry and became the Groups & Incentives Manager then Product Manager and finally Director of Product for Venture Holidays.

    After 10 years in the travel wholesale industry Louise resigned her position to take up a full time position as Director of Travel the World.

  • Sylvia Lestavel

    Sylvia Lestavel Director of Operations After completing her studies at the NSW State Conservatorium of Music, and an Arts Honours Degree at Sydney University, Sylvia went to Paris to pursue her music studies and a teaching career. Upon returning to Australia in 1989 Sylvia moved into the travel industry, joining British Airways, and later UTA French Airlines and Air France. After management roles in operations and customer relations, and ever passionate about customer service, in 2004 Sylvia took up the role of Customer Relations Manager Asia-Pacific in the newly established Air France regional contact centre, based in Sydney. After senior management roles at American Express MTS and Carnival Australia, Sylvia joined the Travel the World team as Director of Operations in July 2009.

  • Michelle Taylor

    Michelle Taylor Director of Sales & Marketing After graduating university with a Bachelor of Business degree in Tourism and experience in numerous five star hotels in both FIT and conference travel Michelle moved into the International Wholesale field. Working in both sales and marketing at both state and national levels Michelle was able to build industry contacts and great experience.

    After over 5 years experience in Wholesale Michelle moved internationally to complete the position of Director of Sales & Marketing for an international leading resort and was responsible for overseeing all Sales & Marketing activities worldwide. Within this role Michelle had 6 international offices worldwide reporting to her for sales & marketing activities within each of their regions.

    Whilst in this role this resort was attributed with numerous high profile awards from international publications. After two and half years in this international position Michelle resigned to join the Travel the World team as Director of Sales & Marketing.

  • Phoebe Lin

    Phoebe Lin Director of Treasury Phoebe graduated from The National Cheng-Kung University in Taiwan with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture. She worked as a teacher of Architecture, Science and Mathematics at technical colleges and senior high schools. After immigrating to Australia in 1972, Phoebe studied part time for a Master of Commerce at University of NSW majoring in Accounting and Financial Management while working as an Accountant for an Airfreight Forwarder. In 1986 Phoebe moved into the travel industry as the Accountant of Australia’s largest independent travel wholesaler, Venture Holidays. In March 2001 Phoebe resigned from Venture Holidays to take up her position at Travel the World as the Finance & Administration Manager. Since then she was promoted to be Director of Finance and currently is Director of Treasury.

  • Andrew Zhang

    Andrew Zhang Director of Finance After graduating with a bachelor degree of International Trade in 1997, Andrew worked for a major international business joint venture program sponsored by World Bank in China. He then pursued a Master’s degree of Commerce majoring in professional accounting; at University of New South Wales after two years of full time study. He furthered his study at the same university with a post graduate diploma of Corporate Finance after joining TTW finance department in 2002.

    Andrew is a full CPA member after completing the CPA study program. Over the past years he expanded his practical experience with CPA Continuous Professional Development program. He is actively involved in CPA Australia’s Practical Experience Mentor program and is currently a CPA Mentor for 3 associate CPA members.
